It is used to pull the fuses from both fuse box locations. Pull the fuse and hold it up to the light. You'll be able to plainly see if it's popped. If it looks good, I would suspect an issue with the master window switch panel in the driver's door. If the fuse is blown, I would suspect that there is an electrical short on one of the circuits
